Optional: Camera system convertible into a pressure testing system with additional equipment. Camera tractor and main camera connects to the spot repair system - Quick Lock, which pulls and positions a packer into the proper inner pipe location, then inflates and permanently sets a rubber-sealed stainless steel sleeve over the troubled spot(s).
